2. Access to service

Access to the platform is free for patients. Healthcare professionals access the services according to the conditions defined in their specific contract. The User must have internet access and a valid account to use advanced features.

3. User Responsibilities

The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. They commit to providing accurate information and not using the service in a fraudulent or malicious manner.

4. Responsibility of MedStaq Health Platform

MedStaq Health Platform strives to ensure 24/7 service availability. However, we cannot be held responsible for interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues beyond our control. MedStaq Health Platform is a facilitation tool and in no way replaces the medical responsibility of the practitioner.

5. Intellectual Property

All elements of the site (logos, texts, graphics, software) are the exclusive property of MedStaq Health Platform or its partners and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Modification of conditions

MedStaq Health Platform reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication on the site.
